Visit and inspection fee
The visit and inspection fee is EGP 250, charged only when the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis.
How the repair cost is set
A description such as “the washer won’t spin” cannot be priced before the real cause is known: the same symptom can be a simple blockage or a component that needs replacing. The technician inspects the appliance on site, explains the required work, parts and full cost, and starts only after your approval.
What the invoice includes
- Labour and the repair work carried out.
- Any parts fitted, itemised.
- A one-year SmartService warranty on the repair.
